Pastor Scott W. Crandall
Pastor Scott Crandall was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. He met his wife, Tammie, while they were attending Parkview High School. After three semesters at Missouri State University Scott joined the Air Force and reported for basic training on May 22nd, 1989. After completing basic and technical training Scott and Tammie were married in Springfield and moved on to their first duty station, Castle Air Force Base, Atwater California. During his Air Force career Scott worked in aircraft maintenance on the B-52 and B-2 aircraft and in the command and control field. He has served with units in California, Missouri, Colorado, Germany, and Florida and was deployed to Saudi Arabia for operations Northern Watch and Iraqi Freedom. Pastor Scott credits his wife Tammie for creating a happy and stable home during their many moves and through all the demands of military life.
Pastor Scott completed a twenty year career in the Air Force. His first Sunday at Faith Church of the Nazarene was April 26th, 2009.
Scott and Tammie have happily served the Lord through the local church in various capacities through the years. Scott has been an adult Sunday school teacher, small group leader, Trustee, Sunday school Superintendent and a volunteer healthcare chaplain. Tammie has led many works involving women, children, and teens. Pastor Scott loves the Lord and has a passion to see people transformed by the grace of God. He is grateful to God for this opportunity to live out God’s call on his life to the pastoral ministry
Pastor Scott holds an Associate’s degree from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry, Pastoral Ministries from Nazarene Bible College, and a Master of Arts in Religion, Pastoral Counseling from Liberty Theological Seminary.
